Frequently Asked Questions

School Year Registration Questions

During the school year, priority registration is offered to currently registered families for Session 2, Session 3 and Session 4. During this period, only currently registered families have access to registration for upcoming sessions. Once priority registration ends, enrollment will open to the general public.

Priority registration is not available for school break camps, summer programs and Fall Session. Registration for these programs are first come, first served.

During the school year, priority registration is offered to currently registered families for Session 2, Session 3 and Session 4. Classes will not open to the public until Open Registration.

Classes may sell out quickly. We recommend setting the Open Registration date on your calendar and enrolling the moment it begins. Having multiple class options will increase your chances of securing a spot.

Mid-session registration is possible depending upon availability within the class, the type of class and when art projects have commenced. You should contact info@marvegos.com to determine what’s possible and, most importantly, what’s best for your child.

Waitlist Questions

A waitlist starts when a class is full to prioritize enrollment when seats become available. You can add your child to the waitlist through our registration platform.

During the school year, if it is two weeks before the class begins, priority is given to the students at the top of the waitlist. Waitlisted students who receive notifications will have a 48-hour window to sign up. If parents do not register within this timeframe, the spot becomes available to the next student on the waitlist. Generally, being closer to #1 on the waitlist increases your chances of securing a spot.

If a spot becomes available with less than two weeks before the class starts, the waitlist opens to everyone, and registration is first-come, first-served.

If the school break or summer camp you wish to enroll your child in is already at full capacity, you may add your child to the waiting list. If a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist is notified via email and registration is first-come, first-served.

A notification email will go to your email address when you are offered a seat from the waitlist, so make sure to check your email.

Feel free to add your child to as many waitlists as you like.

Yes. You will keep your original position on the waitlist.

No. A seat on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will be able to register for the class or camp.

You will only be notified if a spot becomes available. If you do not receive an email notification, that means the class or camp is still full.
