Fall, Winter, and Spring Break Camps
Our school break programs are designed to give students a way to grow artistically at a more leisurely pace. Full day, half day camps, classes and drop-ins are available in October through December, January and February through April. New curriculum is planned each week so students can register for multiple weeks without repeating projects.
Break Policies
Advance registrations will be fully refunded if the cancellation request is made in writing at least one month before the start of the camp or class. For cancellations made within one month but more than two weeks before the start date, a $50 processing fee will apply. To request a cancellation, parents must email admin@marvegos.com to provide a formal record of the request. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations made within two weeks of the start date or after the camp or class has begun. Please note, we do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy, including in cases of illness, sickness, or unforeseen events.
Extended care options are available for purchase, including a 5-day discounted extended care fee for both school break camps and summer camps. To purchase extended care after registering for camps, look through your list of upcoming programs in Account, select “view Cart” for the camp you’d like to add extended care to, then ‘Edit’ the program to add on the extended care needed under ‘Extras.’ Extended care can be added up until the Thursday prior to the start of camp. If extended care needs to be added after the Thursday prior, please contact your studio manager for availability. Extended care added on after Thursday is not guaranteed without confirmation from a studio manager.
A 10% discount is available on week-long camp and class registrations made one month or more prior to start of program. No discounts on extended care.
All camps and classes are subject to minimum enrollment numbers. Refunds will be issued for any camp or class cancelled by The Marvegos.
